This fully air conditioned luxury first floor apartment can sleep up to six people. There is a bright and spacious open plan living and dining area with patio doors to the south facing balcony which overlooks the swimming pool and the golf course. A luxurious settee transforms into a very comfortable double bed at the same time as enjoying the stunning view which can also be enjoyed from the dining table whilst savouring delicious Spanish cuisine.

Two bright and airy bedrooms with twin beds in each which can be zipped together to form double beds. There are stunning mountain views from the bedroom balconies as well as ample wardrobe and storage space.

There is a luxury bathroom with bath suite shower and bidet.

The fully fitted kitchen includes, oven & hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher + dinner service and cutlery.

Bed Linen and Towels are also supplied.

There is dining furniture on the balcony perfect for enjoying al-fresco dining and sipping on a glass of Sangria whilst watching the sunset over the surrounding greenery. Sun loungers are also supplied

For entertainment there is Internet Access, Satellite television, DVD and a CD player.

There is ample parking and a private garage. Outside areas of the building have external lighting.
